The project is co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund through the Large Infrastructure Operational Program 2014-2020 and has as beneficiary RNP – ROMSILVA – ADMINISTRATION OF THE MUNCIII MĂCINULUI NATIONAL PARK R.A.
The objective of the project is to ensure the favorable conservation status of species and habitats of community interest in the protected natural areas mentioned above, aiming at developing the Management Plan and informing / raising awareness of stakeholders about the benefits of conservation of Natura 2000 and nature reserves.

Technical Assistance Services for the Supervision of Works within the “Regional project for the development of water and wastewater infrastructure in Satu Mare County / North-West region, in the period 2014-2020”
The Regional Water Operator from Satu-Mare County contracted the association of companies formed by CCAT and another company to ensure the supervision of the works included in the regional project for the development of water and wastewater infrastructure in Satu Mare County during 80 contractual months.
The project is co-financed from the Cohesion Fund through the Large Infrastructure Operational Program 2014 – 2020, from the state budget, from local budget funds that benefit from investments and from own funds of the Regional Water Operator from Satu-Mare county.

„Development of education and training infrastructure at the extension in Alba Iulia, of the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, in order to promote university tertiary education”, SMIS code 120140
The European funded project benefits the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and is funded under the Regional Operational Program 2014-2020, Priority Axis 10 Improving educational infrastructure, Specific Objective 10.3 Increasing the relevance of tertiary education in relation to the labor market and economic sectors competitive.
Within this project, CCAT was contracted to provide consultancy on project management, as well as by contracting specialized services for organizing procurement procedures.

„Modernization of water and wastewater infrastructure in Hunedoara County (Jiu Valley) 2014 – 2020”
The beneficiary of the European funded project is Apa Serv Valea Jiului S.A.
The purpose of the works is to rehabilitate and expand water treatment and distribution facilities
Within this project, CCAT together with 2 other companies is currently carrying out the following activities: Project management activities Advertising and promotion activities Execution supervision activities within 13 works contract.

Management consulting services for the project „Implementation of bike-sharing system in Piatra Neamț”
The project is financed by the Regional Operational Program and has as beneficiary the Municipality of Piatra Neamț.
The main objective of the project is to reduce the carbon emissions generated by motorized road transport in Piatra Neamț by implementing an automated bicycle rental system correlated with public transport stations and bicycle parking to support intermodality.
The project determines a reduction of CO2 equivalent emissions from transport in the study area of the project of 1.6%, representing a quantity of 1,025 tons / year, without generating an increase of these emissions outside the project area.

Management services for the project „Park and Ride Parking”
The beneficiary of this project financed by the Regional Operational Program is the Territorial Administrative Unit Drobeta Turnu Severin Municipality.
The objective of the project is to build a parking lot where traffic participants will be able to leave the car to go to the urban transport system to facilitate easier access to jobs, service providers or other areas of interest, to reduce travel times, and transport costs, to reduce pollution and energy consumption, to decongest traffic as well as to improve traffic safety.

The beneficiary of the project is the National Regulatory Authority for Community Services of Public Utilities (A.N.R.S.C.).

Technical assistance for the preparation of the financing application and of the awarding documentation for the regional project for the development of the water and wastewater infrastructure in Cluj and Sălaj counties ”
Project with European funding of 355.6 million euros for the modernization and expansion of water and sewerage infrastructure in Cluj and Sălaj counties.
The investments serve 174 localities – 76 in Cluj and 98 in Sălaj, following, among others, the rehabilitation of the water treatment plant in Gilău, the construction of a new drinking water distribution network of 1,090 km, the rehabilitation of 120 km distribution drinking water, construction of a new sewerage network of over 300 km
The beneficiaries of the investments will be 240,000 inhabitants who were not connected to drinking water and 70,000 who did not have access to the sewerage network. Following the implementation of this project, the degree of connection to drinking water supply systems will increase from 79 to 95%.
CCAT is part of the association that made this funding possible.
The project is co-financed from the Cohesion Fund through the Large Infrastructure Operational Program 2014 – 2020.

„Technical assistance for the preparation of the financing application and the awarding documentation for the regional project for the development of water and wastewater infrastructure in Bistrița-Năsăud County, during 2014-2020”
CCAT, together with two other companies, was contracted to prepare the studies and documentation necessary to access non-reimbursable European funds, including the financing application, so that SC Aquabis SA can continue the investment process throughout the county.
Within Stage I, the Feasibility Studies, the Technical Projects and the awarding documents for the effective realization of the investment works were carried out. In Stage II, general project management services, supervision services, as well as technical assistance services from the designer will be provided.
At the end of the implementation of this project, 98% of the population of Bistrița-Năsăud County will have access to running water networks and 75% of the population of the county will have access to sewerage networks.

”Consulting services for the evaluation of the Strategic Environmental Assessment of the Action Plan and of the Integrated Strategy for Integrated Sustainable Development of the Danube Delta 2014-2030”
The work was developed by CCAT in collaboration with another company, companies registered in the National Register of studies developers for environmental protection, following the signing of the service contract with World Bank Group.
The project contributes to the finalization of a legislative framework that guarantees the protection of specific ecosystems on the territory of the Danube Delta in the context of sustainable development.

Services for the realization of biodiversity studies for the protected natural areas related to the project „Conservation of biodiversity in the Natura 2000 Site ROSPA0124 Lakes on the Ilfov Valley”
The project with European funding had as beneficiary the Association for Environment and Education, and the value of the contract amounted to 1,139,761.00 lei. Within this contract, a study on the abiotic environment, an inventory-mapping study of the bird species of community interest within the site were carried out, together with a study to assess the conservation status for them, as well as a study to evaluate the anthropogenic impact on the ROSPA0124 site.
Also, under this contract, three databases (related to the studies) were created together with 229 maps in GIS format on the distribution of bird species, the spatial representation of their conservation status and the current pressures and future threats on the species within protected natural area The lakes on the Ilfov Valley.

Services for the realization of biodiversity studies for the protected natural areas related to the project „The sustainable management of Natura 2000 sites ROSCI0088 Gura Vedei-Saica-Slobozia without surface overlapping with ROSPA0108 Vedea – Danube) and ROSPA0090 Ostrovu Lung-Gostinu”
In this contract, 6 biodiversity studies were carried out for the protected natural areas related to the project „Sustainable management of Natura 2000 sites ROSCI0088 Gura Vedei-Saica-Slobozia (without surface overlapping with ROSPA0108 Vedea-Danube) and ROSPA0090 Ostrovul Lungu-Gostinu” . The European funded project had as beneficiary the Bio Romania Organic Farmers Association, and the contract value was 2,070,420.82 lei. Within this contract, a study was conducted on the abiotic environment, two inventory-mapping studies of the species and habitats of community interest within the site, along with two conservation status studies for them, as well as an evaluation study of the conservation status of the anthropic impact on the sites within the project. Within these studies, a series of GIS maps were inserted regarding the distribution of species and habitats, the spatial representation of their conservation status and the current pressures and future threats to species and habitats within the protected natural areas.

” Planning the management of biodiversity conservation in 2 Natura 2000 sites – ROSPA0024 Confluence Olt-Danube and ROSCI0044 Corabia Turnu-Magurele, including the protected natural area of national interest B10. Great Ostrov”
In this contract, 6 biodiversity studies were conducted for the protected natural areas related to the project “Planning the management of biodiversity conservation in 2 Natura 2000 sites – ROSPA0024 Confluence Olt-Danube and ROSCI0044 Corabia Turnu-Magurele, including the protected natural area of national interest B10. Construction of a communal platform for the storage and management of manure in Trepteni village, Vitomirești commune, Olt county
The subproject is proposed within the Project “Integrated Nutrient Pollution Control” – Additional Financing (INPCP-AF), Area of Intervention DI1. „Construction of communal platforms for manure storage and management, composting, packaging / pelletizing systems and biogas plants to promote better manure management”, financed by the Romanian Government from a loan reimbursable, granted by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank) and the contribution of the beneficiaries.
The investment serves the animal breeders of Vitomirești commune and involves: Creation of a platform for storage and management of manure generated by livestock in the commune. Ensuring the constructive functionalities of the manure storage and management platform. Equipping the site with specific equipment necessary for the operation of the platform.
The storage capacity of the communal platform is 1820 m3 / year.
The works will take place during 2019, the estimated duration of the execution works is 4 months.
The contribution of UAT Vitomirești to the value of the project: 156,016.00 lei with VAT, respectively 131,105.88 lei without VAT.

Construction of a communal platform for the storage and management of manure in Vidra commune, Ilfov county

Construction of a composting, packaging / pelletizing system in Jegalia commune, Calărași county
The subproject is proposed within the Project “Integrated Nutrient Pollution Control” – Additional Financing (INPCP-AF), Area of Intervention DI1. „Construction of communal platforms for manure storage and management, composting, packaging / pelletizing systems and biogas plants to promote better manure management”, financed by the Romanian Government from a loan reimbursable, granted by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank) and the contribution of the beneficiaries.
The investment serves the animal breeders of Jegalia commune, aims at creating a composting system, packing the manure generated by the livestock in the commune and equipping it with the specific equipment necessary to ensure the operation.
The processing capacity of the composting system is 8212 m3 / year.
The estimated duration of the execution works is 4 months, deadline 2019/2020.
The total value of the investment: 2,996,647.45 lei, of which 2,522,703.78 lei without VAT. UAT Jegalia contribution to the value of the project: 140,546.00 lei with VAT, respectively 120,900.00 lei without VAT.

Construction of a communal platform for the storage and management of manure in Lungești commune, Vâlcea county

Construction of a communal platform for the storage and management of manure in Galicea commune, Vâlcea county
The subproject is proposed within the Project “Integrated Control of Nutrient Pollution” – Additional Financing (INPCP-AF), Area of Intervention DI1. „Construction of communal platforms for manure storage and management, composting, packaging / pelletizing systems and biogas stations to promote better management of manure”, financed by the Romanian Government from a loan reimbursable, granted by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank) and the contribution of the beneficiaries.
The investment serves the animal breeders of Galicea commune and involves the creation of a communal platform, ensuring its constructive functionalities and its endowment with specific equipment, necessary to ensure the operation.
The storage capacity of the communal platform is 1521 m3 / year.
The works will take place during 2019, the estimated duration of the execution works is 4 months.
The total value of the investment: 1,668,730.61 lei, of which 1,405,904.22 lei without VAT. UAT Galicea contribution to the value of the project: 156,016.00 lei with VAT, respectively 131,105.88 lei without VAT.

Day center for the elderly persons in Fumureni village, Lungești commune, Vâlcea county
The project is proposed for financing within the Regional Operational Program 2014-2020, Priority Axis 8 – „Development of health and social infrastructure”, investment priority 8.1. – “Investments in health and social infrastructures that contribute to the development at national, regional and local level, reducing health inequalities and promoting social inclusion by improving access to social, cultural and recreational services, and moving from institutional services to services provided by local authorities ”, Specific Objective 8.3“ Increasing the coverage of social services ”, for the vulnerable group“ elderly people ”, call for projects POR / 8 / 8.1 / 8.3 / A / 2.
The project involves the rehabilitation, modernization and extension of the building of a former school in Fumureni, Lungești commune, in order to transform it into a day center for the elderly. The works will take place between 2020 and 2021.
The direct beneficiaries of the investment will be individuals over the age of 65 (including people with long-term care needs) who will participate in the activities that will take place in the day center (sole beneficiaries of the services provided by the day center, by the end of 2023): 100 people
It is estimated the generation of 3 full-time jobs and another 7 part-time jobs.
Total value of the investment: 4,325,910.30 Lei, of which 3,639,503.61 Lei without VAT. The contribution of UAT Lungești is 2% of the eligible value of the project, in the amount of 86,518.20 lei.

Services of “Technical Assistance for Project Management << Extension and modernization of water and wastewater infrastructure in Arad County >>”
The contract was signed between S.C. Arad Water Company S.A. and the consortium of CCAT and two other companies.
The object of the contract is to provide technical assistance to the Beneficiary in order to implement the project related to the Financing Agreement signed with the Ministry of Environment and Forests, having as object „Extension and modernization of water and wastewater infrastructure in Arad County”. The project is financed by SOP Environment – Priority Axis 1. Water / wastewater sector.
The project covers major investments covering the territory of 13 administrative-territorial units, contributing to the development, expansion and increase of the quality of water supply and wastewater discharge services in Arad County.
The technical assistance contract took place between June 2011 and December 2016.

„Environmental assessment services (SEA) for << Plan for the prevention, protection and mitigation of the effects of floods in the river basin Dobrogea – Litoral >>”
The contract signed between CCAT and the National Administration “Romanian Waters” has as object the realization of the environmental assessment in accordance with H.G. no. 1076/2004 and European Council Directive no. 2001/42 / EC on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programs on the environment (SEA Directive).
The project “Plan for the prevention, protection and mitigation of flood effects in the Dobrogea – Litoral river basin” is co-financed by the Environmental Sectoral Operational Program 2007-2013, Priority Axis 5. floods.

The contract signed between the Crângurile Local Council and the consortium formed by CCAT and another company aims to provide technical assistance for the implementation team of the project „Rehabilitation of Historic Polluted Site – Site of the former chemical factory (Crângurile commune)” throughout its development.
The project is financed by SOP Environment 2007-2013, Priority Axis 2. Development of the integrated system of waste management and rehabilitation of historically polluted sites, Major field of intervention 2.2. Rehabilitation of historically polluted areas, being one of the four projects related to these financing lines that are currently underway at national level.
The contract took place between November 2011 and January 2014.

Services of „Technical Assistance for Project Management and Supervision of works for the project << Rehabilitation and expansion of water and wastewater infrastructure in Galati County >>”
The contract signed between S.C. Apa-Canal S.A. Galati and CCAT has as object the provision of technical assistance services for the project management and the supervision of the extension and rehabilitation works of the water and sewerage networks from five agglomerations within the Galati county.
The project is funded by the Sectoral Operational Program Environment 2007-2013, Priority Axis 1. Water / wastewater sector, comprising seven components covering a variety of rehabilitation works of sources, networks and stations for pumping and purifying water, collection systems and purification and supply networks, as well as the extension of water and sewerage networks in the territory of 11 localities in the county.
The service contract took place between July 2012 and April 2017.

*Services of „Technical Assistance and Supervision of construction works in support of the Neamț County Council for the project << Integrated waste management system in Neamț County >>”*
The contract was signed between the Neamț County Council and the association between CCAT and another company, aiming to provide assistance and supervision services for the implementation of a modern integrated waste management system that covers the entire Neamț County.
The project “Integrated waste management system in Neamț county” is financed by the Environment Sectoral Operational Program 2007-2013, Priority Axis 2. Development of the integrated waste management system and rehabilitation of historically polluted sites, Major Area of Intervention 2.1. Development of integrated waste management systems and expansion of waste management infrastructure.

Services of “Technical Assistance for Project Management and support for the Project Implementation Unit << Rehabilitation of the polluted site – battle pond 30 ha – Târgu Mureș >>”
The contract signed between the Municipality of Târgu Mureș and the consortium formed by CCAT and another company aims to provide support in the implementation of the project throughout its development period.
The project „Rehabilitation of the polluted site – pond 30 ha – Târgu Mureș” has as general objective the greening of the contaminated site of 30 ha, within the chemical fertilizer production platform (Azomureș) to comply with accepted remediation standards, by applying best practices international and investigative techniques as well as available remedial technologies. The project is financed by the Environment Sectoral Operational Program, Priority Axis 2. Development of the integrated system of waste management and rehabilitation of historically polluted sites, Major field of intervention 2.2. Rehabilitation of historically polluted areas
The contract took place between November 2012 and November 2015.

Services of “Monitoring the effects of ecological reconstruction works within the Project << Ecological reconstruction in the Zaghen polder from the Danube Delta Transboundary Biosphere Reserve Romania / Ukraine >>”
The contract signed between the U.A.T. Tulcea Municipality and CCAT aim to provide monitoring services for the Project „Ecological Reconstruction in the Zaghen Polder in the Danube Delta Romania / Ukraine Transboundary Biosphere Reserve”.
The final result of the ecological reconstruction led to the restoration of delta ecosystems similar to those existing in the years 1960-1970, before the dam and desiccation of the area.
The project is funded by the Environment Sectoral Operational Program 2007-2013, Priority Axis 4. Implementation of adequate management systems for nature protection, aiming to ensure the supply of lake water from the Danube, natural restoration of a mosaic of natural habitats specific to wetlands, and ensuring the existing flood mitigation function of the Tulcea Valley through the existing polder.

“Technical management assistance for providing support in the management and implementation of the Integrated Waste Management System in Brăila County”
The contract signed between the Territorial Administrative Unit – Brăila County and the consortium formed by CCAT and another company, aims to provide technical management assistance to provide support in managing and implementing the Integrated Waste Management System in Brăila County, funded by SOP ENVIRONMENT Priority axis 2.

The contract signed between the Municipality of Bucharest and the association formed by CCAT and other 5 companies has as object the realization of services for the revision of the general urban plan of the Municipality of Bucharest.

Services for Monitoring the conservation status of community invertebrate species in Romania
“Services for Monitoring the conservation status of community invertebrate species in Romania” for the project “Monitoring the conservation status of species and habitats in Romania based on Article 17 of the Habitats Directive”.
The contract was signed between the Bucharest Institute of Biology and the association formed by CCAT and another company.
The project is funded by SOP ENVIRONMENT, Priority Axis 4.
The contract involved the development of a study which analyzed the existing data on the distribution and current state of conservation of Community invertebrate species, selecting the set of parameters to be monitored, establishing the method, frequency and areas where observations were made, travel in the field for validation, updating and completion of data, establishing the format in which the data were delivered, processing and interpreting the data, entering them in the national computer system (Computer System for Monitoring Species and Habitats of Community Interest – SIMSHAB), reporting intermediate / final results and respectively the reporting of the conservation status of the species in the format required by art. 17 of the Habitats Directive.
Through this contract, CCAT elaborated the Synthetic Guide for monitoring invertebrate species of community interest in Romania, which received favorable approval from both IBB and the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change.

“Technical assistance in the management and implementation of the project“ Integrated solid waste management system in Mehedinți county ”
The contract was signed between the Mehedinți County Council and CCAT.
The Integrated Solid Waste Management System project in Mehedinți County consisted of investments in the municipal waste management sector. The final beneficiaries of this waste management project were the households in the county, the administrative and social institutions, as well as the economic agents that carry out activity in Mehedinți County, depending on the type of waste they produce.
The project consisted of investments in the waste management sector, including: Waste collection: The division of the county into five (5) waste management areas; Collection of 106,420 to / year waste in a system of 4 bins, 1 for paper / cardboard, 1 for glass, 1 for plastic / metal and 1 for the rest of the waste; Collection of special waste streams; Waste treatment / disposal; Construction of a waste management center in Malovat, near Drobeta Turnu Severin, which included: 1 TMB station for the treatment of biodegradable waste; 1 sorting station, in which the recyclable content will be treated; Operation of the existing county warehouse, made in accordance with the provisions and legislative specifications; Promoting composting in households in rural areas; Closure of non-compliant urban landfills; Other measures for waste management in urban and rural areas.
